8月9日,中國疾病預防控制中心發布7月猴痘疫情監測情況——2023年7月1日至31日,中國内地(不含港澳台)23省(區(qū)、市)新增報(bào)告491例猴痘确診病例 。其中廣東報(bào)告115例、北京報(bào)告81例、四川報(bào)告49例、浙江報(bào)告40例、湖南報(bào)告33例、江蘇報(bào)告31例、上(shàng)海報(bào)告25例、安徽報(bào)告19例、天津報(bào)告17例、湖北報(bào)告17例、河(hé)南報(bào)告14例、遼甯報(bào)告12例、山東報(bào)告12例、吉林(lín)報(bào)告9例、雲南報(bào)告4例、陝西報(bào)告4例、福建報(bào)告2例、重慶報(bào)告2例、山西、内蒙古、廣西、貴州、青海各1例,無重症、死亡病例。
猴痘病毒
猴痘病毒(Mpox virus,MPXV)與天花(huā)病毒一樣,屬于正痘病毒屬。其形态與正痘病毒一緻, 外(wài)形爲圓角磚形或卵圓形,大(dà)小(xiǎo)爲200~400nm。磚形或卵圓狀,外(wài)被脂蛋白(bái)膜或封套,中間具有兩個含蛋白(bái)質的側體,有1個厚膜核心,核心内含很(hěn)大(dà)的雙鏈DNA基因體。M痘病毒的基因組爲雙鏈DNA,長約197kb,基因組末端包含一個相同但(dàn)方向相反的末端反向重複序列。該病毒包含190個開(kāi)放(fàng)閱讀框,其中4個位于末端反向重複序列中。猴痘病毒核心蛋白(bái)爲A29L, A35R, B6R, M1R, H3L

A29L是細胞内成熟病毒(IMV)表面包膜蛋白(bái)(與牛痘病毒VACV,A27同源)。溶瘤痘苗病毒(VV)屬于痘病毒科中一擁有192kb雙螺旋DNA遺傳物質的病毒,會(huì)在細胞質中繁殖出具有鞘膜的病毒,進而感染其他(tā)不同種的哺乳動物細胞及個體.VV中的A27L基因能(néng)表達出一14kDa大(dà)小(xiǎo)的鞘膜蛋白(bái),此蛋白(bái)能(néng)與細胞表面上(shàng)的硫酸乙酰肝素(Heparan Sulfate)作(zuò)用(yòng)使病毒跟細胞結合并且可催化細胞融合。
